<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />KIVOWALL MENBYTHESE PRESENTS that I, Rolland �. Wiles, now residing at 1417 North Lafayette,
<br />Grand island, Nebraska, do hereby nominate, canstitute and appoint Trent Wiles, now residing at 121
<br />Whitetail Ridge, Hudson, Iowa, and appoint Kent Wiles, now residing at 241Q NarCh Madison Avenue,
<br />Narfolk, Nebraska, jointly and severally with the power to act independently fram the other, my true and
<br />lawful attarneys in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my use and bene�t.
<br />A. TO RECEIVE DEBTSAIVD PAYMENTS. To ask, demand, sue for, recover, collect and receive
<br />all such sums of money, debts, dues, accounts, legacies, bequesis, interest, dividends, annuities, employee
<br />benefits, insurance benefits and demands whatsoever as are now or shall hereafter become due, owing,
<br />payable, or belonging to me and have, use, and take all lawful ways and means in my name or otherwise for
<br />the recovery thereof, by attachments, arrests, distress or otherwise and ta compromise and agree for the same
<br />and �ive acquittances or other sufficient discharges and releases;
<br />B. TO DEAL WITHPROPERTY. For me and in my name, to make, execute and deliver, to bargain,
<br />contract, agree far, purchase, receive and take lands, and all or any interest in property and accept the
<br />possession of all lands and all ar any interest in property, and all deeds and other assurances in the law
<br />therefore and to lease, let, demise, bargain, sell, release, convey, mortgage and hypothecate lands and all or
<br />any interest in property upan such terms and conditions and under such covenants as my attarneys in fact
<br />shall think fit, irrespective af the state within which said property is located;
<br />G TC)CONDUCTBUSINESS. Also to bargain and agree for, buy, sell, mortgage, hypothecate and
<br />in any and every way and manner deal in and with goods, wares and merchandise, chose in action, and ather
<br />property in possessipn ar in action, and to make, do and transact all and every kind af business of whatsoever
<br />natur� and kind;
<br />D. TO DEAL WITHSEC'URITIES. Also to sell, assign and transfer stocks, bonds, mutual funds and
<br />other securities.
<br />E. TO EXECUTE INSTRUML�'NTS. Also for me and in my name, and as my act and deed, to sign,
<br />seal, execute, deliver and acknowledge such deeds, leases, mortgages, hypothecatians, bills, bonds, notes,
<br />receipts, evidence af debt, rel�ase and satisfaction of mortgage, judgments and ather debts; ta prepare,
<br />execute and �le federal and state income tax returns, and such other instruments in writing of whatsoever
<br />kind and nature as may be necessary or proper in the premises;
<br />F. T(� DEAL WITHBANKACCOUNTSAND DEPOSITBOXES. Also to make withdrawals fram
<br />or depasits to any battk account or savings or loan account or other cash account in my name; and to enter
<br />and have free access to any safe deposit box in my name for the purpose of adding praperty thereta or
<br />removing property therefrom;
<br />G. TO RATIFYACTS. Giving and granting unto my said attorneys in fact full power and autharity
<br />to do and perform every act necessary, requisite or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully as
<br />I might or could do if personally present with full power of substitulion and revocation, hereby ratifying and
<br />confirming all that my said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
<br />H. TOBEEFFECTIVEIMMEDIATELYANDENDUREDISABILITY. Thispowerofattorneyshall
