<br />The undersigned, �31ake J. Schulz, Successor Trustee under a certain De�d of Trust dated
<br />Octaber 25, 1995, wherein Martie V Campos and Consuela Campos, Husband and Wife, are the
<br />Trustors, which was filed for rccord in ihe of�ce of the Register af Deeds of Hall Couniy,
<br />Nebraska, on October 26, 1995, as Instrument Na. 95-107294; and contains as trust property the
<br />following-described real estate:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK FOUR (4), 1N GEORGE LOAN'S SU�3DIVISION, IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />which is cornmonly known as 922 East 12th Street, Grand lsland, Nebraska;
<br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacernents
<br />and additians; all of which was r�ferred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property";
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to
<br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by thai Deed of
<br />`I�rust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Successar Trustee hereby elects to sell ar
<br />cause to be sold the abov� Property to satisfy the abligations af that certain Note dated October
<br />25, 1995, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, T�-�E EQUITABLE BUILDINC"� AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA�C`ION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, now knawn as E(�UITABt,E BANK,
<br />pursuant io the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this obligation.
