<br />(.n "Community Association Dues, Fees, and Assessments" means all dues, fees, assessments and other
<br />charges that are impassd on Borrower Ur the Property by a condominium assc�ciation, homeownc:rs
<br />association or similar arganization.
<br />(K) "Electronic Funds Trar�sf�r" means any transfer af funds, other than a transaction ariginated by
<br />ch�ck, draft, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an clectronic terminal, t�lephonic
<br />instrument, computer, or magnctie tape so as to order, instruct, or authorize a financial institutian ta debit
<br />or credit an account. Such term includes, but is not limit�d ta, point-of-sale transfers, automatc:d teller

<br />damage to, or destzvction of, the Praperty; (ii) condemnation or other taking of all or any part of the
<br />Property; (iii) canveyance in licu of condemnation; c�r (iv) misrepresentati�ns af, or omissions as to, th�
