<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated October 29, 2Q07, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />Caunty, Nebraska, an October 31, 2007, as Instrurnent No. 2pQ7p9337, wherein Miguel Rudich
<br />and Jasefina Rudich, Husband and Wife, were identified as the "Trustors";
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published
<br />as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,

<br />dated October 29, 2007, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on October 3l, 20Q7', as Instrurnent No. 200709337; herein called the Grantor, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum af One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Eight
<br />and No/100 Dallazs ($161,388.00), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust, received from Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, do hereby
