<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRU3TEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, G:rand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successa:r Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by WAYNE V PENNELL AND LOYS R PENNELL, HiTSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE EQUITABLE SUILDING Sv LOAN ASS�CIATION, FSB, is
<br />named as th� Ben�ficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JuNE
<br />21, 2000 and recorded JUNE 23, 2000 in the Office of the Register af Deeds of xALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Tnstrument No. �00005148 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance._ The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUteCl Uy WAYNE V PENNELL AND LOIB R PENNELL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trL1StOP, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attarney, as Trustee, for the bene�t of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING $v LOAN ASSOCIATIQN, FSB as Beneficiary dated .rvNE 2i, 20U0,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds �f HALI. County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 2000U5�.48, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this D�ed of Reconveyance b� executed and delivered as con�rmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of th�
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys ta the person or persons entitled thereto
