<br />(K) "Electronic Funds Transfer" means any trar�afGr of funds, other than a transactinn originated by

<br />inst�rument, cornput�r or rnagnetic tape so as to order inslruct, or autharize a financial rnstitution to debit
<br />ar credit art accnunt. Such term includes, but is nat limited to, point-of-sale transfers, automated teller

<br />damage to, or destruction of, the Property; (ii) cond�znnation or other taking of all or any part of the
<br />T'roperty; (iii) conveyance in lieu of condemnation; or (iv) misrepresentatians c�f, c�r omissions as to, the
<br />value and/or c�ndition Uf thc Property.
