Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of 7rust dated Jufy 16, 2010 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Ftecorded as Document 207004939 on July 16, 2p10 in the Register of Deeds Offioe, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALI. County, State of <br />Nebraska: - ° <br />5uite Thirty Two (32) and Gargage "P", in "D" Windsor 5quare Condominium Property Regime, Unit Four (4►, Lqt Two (2), Block Eight <br />(81, Replat of Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Reai Property or its address is commonly known as 3027 CAPI7AL AVE STE 32, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803-1811. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Daed of Trust as follows: <br />With tarms as agreed upon in Note 109235355 including but not limited to the new maturity date of November 95, 2018. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
