The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, 5tate of <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Nine (9), Villa Mar Dee Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 31�4 WAINWRIGHT ST, GRAND ISLANp, NE fi88�1-$376. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Desd of Trust as foilows: <br />Extending the maturity date to Nqvembar 15, 2016, increasing the principal amount to 582,500.00. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly mpdified abave, the terms of the original Deed of 7rust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Madification does not waive I.ender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />ss changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nathing in this Mpdification shall constitute a satisfactian pf the <br />promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed pf Trust (the "Npte").
