<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Patrick D. Langer and Carolyn K. Langer, Husband and Wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINC5 AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September
<br />23, 2008, and recorded October 3, 2008, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Na. 02q0808444, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this lleed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
