<br />West o£tlte 6`" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road,
<br />Said Conditional Assignxnent to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note in the amount of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINETY-SIX and
<br />66/100 DOLLARS ($22,096.66) and a Financing Statement or martgag� or deed of trust cavering the above-
<br />described premises and securing payment of said nate.
