<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an the � day of November, 2010, Flagstar Bank, FSB,
<br />as the plaintiff, filed its Comptaint in the District Court af Hall County, Nebraska, against Kadhim G. Al-
<br />ebadi and Heather D. Al-ebadi, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Camplaint being to obtain
<br />an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Kadhim G. AI-ebadi and Heather D. Al-ebadi,
<br />husband and vvife, to Lenders First Choice Agency, Inc., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
<br />Regisbration Systems, Inc., acting salely as Nominee for Flagstar Sank, �'SB, Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br />intecest in or lisn upan the real estate hereinafter described of ths abave-named defendants, to obtain an
<br />order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by
<br />such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated Novernber 16, 2007
<br />and was recorded an December 6, 2007 as lnstrument No. 020�710257 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Dceds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, and canveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
