<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />This instrument, made this 10�' day of November, 2010, between Eric H. Lindquist, a
<br />member af the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor",
<br />pursuant to a power af sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust recorded on July 29, 2008 as
<br />Instrurnent No. 0200806478 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, and
<br />Leslie's Enterprises, L.L.C., her�inaft�r called "Grantee".
<br />WHEREAS, an August 11, 20l 0, Grantor, executed a Notice of Default pursuant to which
<br />notice was given ta Thomas F. Kinman II, Trustee of the Thomas F. Kinman II, Revacable Trust, a
<br />single person, Trustor, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on July 29, 2�08 as Instrument No.
<br />020080647$ in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain
<br />premises described as:
<br />Lot Twa (2), Country M�adows T'hiard Subdivisian, in the City af Grand Islar�d,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that a breach af an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold sucla property to satisfy
<br />the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, an August 12, 2010, as Instrument No. 201005668.
<br />A copy of such Notics of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in campliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1008.
<br />Subsequent thereto, begirining on September 24, 2010, Grantor caused to be published in
<br />The Grand Island Irtdependent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />a Notice of T�rustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sald at public auction to the highest biddear far cash or certified ar
<br />cashier's check, at at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1 st & Locust Street,
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska at 2:00 p.m. on November 4, 2010. Publication of such notice
<br />was nnade for five consecutive weeks on September 24, 2010, Octaber 1, 2Q 10, October 8, 201 p,
<br />October 1S, 2010 and October 22, 2010, the last publicatian being at least ten (10) days but not
<br />mare than thirty (30) days priar to the date of sale.
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place o� sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb. Rev. Stat, §75-1 Op8.

<br />the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, affer said property for sale at public
<br />auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $117,500.00, it being the highest bidder
<br />therefor.
<br />N�W, THEREF�RE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $117,500.00 so
<br />bid and paid as aforesaid, I, Grantor, do hereby grant and canvey unto said Grantee, its successars
<br />and assigns farever, all the esta.te, right, title and interest of which the said Thomas F. Kinman II,
<br />Trustee of the Thomas F. Kinmar�, II Revocable Trust, a single person, and his successors in
<br />interest, were seized or possessed at the time said Deed of Trust was given, or at any time thereafter,
