The Growth Management Loan is secured by, amnng o#her instruments, a D�ed of <br />Trust, filed against the Property, dated March 30, 2010 and recorded in the Wall County Register of <br />Deeds as Instrument No. 201002099 (hereinafter the "Growth Management Deed of Trust"); <br />WHEREAS, the Borrower has requested that NEDCO loan the Borrower a sum of mpney in the <br />amount of �203,000.00 (hereinafter the "504 Loan"). The 504 Loan will, as a condition of such loan, be <br />secured by a Deed of Trust to be filed in th� Hall County Register of �eeds against the Property; and <br />WHEREAS the 5Q4 Loan is to be made by NEDCO to the Borrower for the mutual benefit of <br />Growth Managem�nt Corporation-Nebraska and Borrower. <br />1 <br />
