<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Paints Bank, a Nehraska Corparation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed(s) of Trust dat�d September 18, 2003, and April 13, 2005, executed by Steven Johnson
<br />and Ther�sa Johnson, Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, arid
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register af Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 24, 20�3, recorded as Instrument No. 0200312740, and on April 19, 20Q5,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 020QS�3435, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to recanvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as fallows:

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
