<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ��
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 12, 2009, and executed by Stephen R. Irwin, '
<br />A Single Person , as Trustar, in which Five Paints �ank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was record�d in the o�ce af the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />Caunty, Nebraska an June 12, 2pQ9, as Instrument No. 200904727, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as 6eneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as fallows:
<br />Suite No. 4 and Garage No. 4, of the Gemstone Condominium Property Regime I, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown �n the plat and plan for Gemstone
<br />Condominium Property Regime I and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments thereta, and
<br />subject to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions establishing
<br />a plan for condominium ownership of Gemstone Candominium Property Regime I, as set farth
<br />therein and of recard as Instrument No. 921D4306, and (any amendments) thereto, all as
<br />contained in the records of the Register of D�eds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request ta reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
