<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Larry D Cornelius; a single person as Tenant, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Campany, as Trustee, far the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 26
<br />day of March 20Q8, and recorded on the 8 day of April �008, recorded as
<br />instrument number 020U802921 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, have both been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed af Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Truste�, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
