<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, CURT ,�.
<br />CLAUSEN AND THERESA M. CLAUSEN, husband and wife, Trustar, and Central National
<br />Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated June 6, 2008, and recarded on June
<br />13, 2Q08, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Numbex
<br />2008p5110 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request �f the Beneficiary, Central Natianal Bank, as Trustee, daes hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOTS NINE (9), TEN (10), AND ELEVEN (11), BLOCK THREE (3), DILL AND
<br />HUSTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
