<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Garry L.
<br />Thompson and Rosie Thompson, Husband and Wife, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the
<br />bene�t of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated June 27, 2Q02, and recorded
<br />June 28, 2002, Instrument number 0200206860 in the of�ce of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endarsement belaw:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
