This Security Instrunient is complete and fully integraCed. This Security Instrument may not be <br />amended or modified by oral agreement. Any section in this Security Instrument, affachrnents, or any agreement related to <br />the Secured Deb[ that contlicts with applicable law will nnt rie effective, unless that law expressly or impliedly permits the <br />variations hy written agreement. If any section of this Security Instrument cannot be enforced according to its terms, that <br />section will bc: severed and will not affc:ct the enforceahility of the remainder of this S�curity Instrument. The successnr trustee, without conveyance of <br />thc Property, shall succeed to all the ti[le, power and cluties conferred upon Trustee by this Security Instrument and <br />applicable law. <br />NOTICE.
