<br />ANNABELLE MARSH, TRUSTEE OF THE ANNABELLE MARSH REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 11, 1999, AS AMENDED,
<br />GRANTQR, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.Q0) AND OTHER
<br />VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received from GRANTEES, LAYNE G. ALLEN and
<br />CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights af survivorship and nat
<br />as tenants in comman, conveys to GRANTEES, the following-described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
