<br />AGREEMENT SUBORDINATING EXISTING
<br />TRUST DEED TO NEW TRUST DEED
<br />Agreement made the 4 t1i day of November, 2010, between MICHELLE J HYSELL, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON, of 2222 RIVERVIEW DR�VE, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COLTNTY, State of
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as trustor, Equitable Bank, of 113-11 S N. Locust St., Grand Island,
<br />Hall Caunty, Nebraska, herein referred to as benef ciary.
<br />The parties recite and declare that:
<br />a. Trustor executed a trust deed on August 20, 2009, in favor of beneficiary, which was
<br />recorded on Au�ust 28, 2009, in the of�ce of the Register of Deeds, of Hall Caunty, State af
<br />Nebraska, as Document Na. 20Q907108 covering the following d�scribed property (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. State. 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK THREE (3),1N COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION,IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND 1SLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />b. The above mentioned trust deed was given as security for Loan, described in such
<br />trust deed, in the original amount of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Fit�y and 00/100---
<br />($14,250.00) Dollars, executed on August 20, 20U9, by trustor in favoar of beneficiary.
<br />c. Trustor desires t� abtain a loan in the amaunt of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand and
<br />No/IUO--- ($114,000.00) Dollars, from EQUITABLE BANK , 113-115 N. Locust St., City of
<br />Grand Island, County of Ha11, State of Nebraska, herein referred to as lender, but lender requires
<br />tk�at such loan be secured by a trust deed that will be prior to the trust deed in favor of
<br />beneficiary.
<br />d. Beneficiary is willing to subordinate the lien af the trust deed in their favar insofar as
<br />it encumbers the abave-described premises, to the trust deed made in favor of l�nder in order that
<br />trustor may obtain such loan. fram lender. For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of
<br />the mutual covenants and promises of the parties hereto, trustor and beneficiary covenant and
<br />agree as follows:
