<br />This is a Memorandum of that certain Lease made and entered into on the 8th day of Navember, 2010, by and between Kershner
<br />Properties, L.L.C., a Nebraska Lirr►ited Liability Company (the "Lessor") and Central Nebraska Management, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation
<br />(the "Lessee").
<br />1, This Memarandum of Leasc is made and recorded with tha purpose of providing natice that such Lease was entered into on the 1 st
<br />day of April, 2001, under which the Lessor leased to the Lessee certain r�al estate legally described as:
<br />2nd Amended Lat Faur (4), Block Nine (9), Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. Said Lease provides for a term af twenty (2Q) years, nine (9) months commencing on April 1, 2010, and ending on December 31,
<br />203Q.
<br />3. "fhe Lessee is granted the right under said Lease to use and possess the above-described real estate for purposes permitted under the
<br />zoning ordinances.
<br />4, The aforementioned Lease sets forth ather rights and obligations of tha parties relating to the damised premises.
