<br />OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />Whereas, James A. Salter and Melisa R. Salter; as Husband and Wife as party o#' the first
<br />part, has executed a deed of trust to State Farm Banlc, F'SB recorded on the 15th day of Janu�ry,
<br />200$, recorded in Recorder's Office of Hall County in Nebraska, Document No. 2p0$pp361,
<br />as security for an indebtedness of Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000) as evidenced by a
<br />note dated December 27 2007, said deed of trust encumbers the property described an Exhibit A
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by r�ference.
