<br />WHEREAS, a1�����i�bted��ured by �he �eec� o�-T�ustmade amc�ng, ERVIN Li�"i�H - -
<br />AND SHAR�N LUTH, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central Natianal Bank as Trustee and
<br />Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated Febntary 4, 2003, and recorded on February 11, 2003, in
<br />the office vf the Register of Deeds in Hall Caunty, Nebraska, as Document Number 200301681
<br />has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central Natianal Bank, as Trustee, under said De�d of Trust be recanveyed, without waz to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
