<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 23, 200p, executed by Elmer E. P�Ilqck, A Single
<br />Person, as Trustors, in which �ive Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneflciary, and as
<br />Trustee, which De�d of Trust was recorded as instrument No. 200002375 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall Caunty, Nebraska, on the 28�' day of March, 2000,
<br />NOW THER�FORE, in accardance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the persan or persons legally entitl�d
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />PROVIDED, hiOW�VER, that the afaresaid Deed of Trust recorded March 28, 2000, as Instrument
<br />No. 02000p2375 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to
