<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed af Trust executed by
<br />Gordan L. Sorensen and ,Tean M. Sorensen, husband and wife, Trustars, to The State
<br />Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporatian, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 24, 2Q04 in which The State Bank af
<br />Cairo, a Nebraska Sanking Corporation, naw known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficisry,
<br />said Deed of Trust being recorded July 30, 2004 as Instra�nent No. 0200407537 of the
<br />Records of Hall Counly, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$44,$71.00, has been paid vr atherwise satis�ed and said beneficiary have r�quested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />af Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut warranty, to the persan
<br />or persons legally entitled thereta, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />The Narth Thirty (30') Feet of Lot Four (4) and the South Eight-five (85') Feet of Lot
<br />Three (3), Block Two (2), Eighth Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
