<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed af Trust �xecuted by
<br />Gordon L. Sorensen and .Tean M. Sorensen, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State
<br />Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated September 2$, 2001 in which The State Bank
<br />of Caira, a Nebraska Banking Carparation, now known as Pathway Bank, is
<br />Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded July 28, 2003 as Instrument No.
<br />02003096$1 of the Records af Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br />indebtedness of $40,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said benef'tciary
<br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, ta the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />describ�d as follow:
<br />The North Thirty (30') Feet of Lot Four (4) and the South Eight-five (SS') Feet of Lot
<br />Three (3), Block Two (2), Eighth Additian to Cairo, Hall Caunty, Nebraska.
