Rev. Stat. 76.201) described in ExhibiC A <br />attached hereto, subject to the matters set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto. <br />S ecial Pravisions <br />This Special Warranty Deed incorporates by reference, and the conveyance of the real <br />estate is subject to, the following provisions, which shall be bindin� an GRANTEE, its <br />successars and assigns and all future owners and shall be deemed to run with the land, and <br />GRANTEE on behalf of itself, its successors and assigns covenants that it will include and make <br />legally binding the following provisions in all subsequent transfers, leases, ar conveyance <br />documents: <br />CRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free fram encumbrances created <br />by Grantor, except for easements, restrictions and covenants of record and the <br />matters set farth on Exhibit B attached hereto; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons claiming the same ar any part thereof through, by or under Grantor. <br />(A) The provisions set forth in Section IV of Instrument No. 20021207Q recorded on <br />November 4, 2002, with the Hall County Register of Deeds (with respect to Parcel <br />1 described in Exhibit A attached hereto). <br />(B) The provisions set forth in Section IV of Instrument Na. 200600526 recorded on <br />January 19, 2006, with the Hall County Register of Deeds (with respect to Parcels 2 <br />and 4 described in Exhibit A attached hereto). <br />(C) The provisions set forth in Section IV of Instrument No. 200600527 recorded on <br />January 19, 2006, with the Hall County Register of Deeds (r�vith respect to Parcel 3 <br />described in Fxhibit A attached hereto). <br />N13359949v1 (135642,2) <br />
