<br />WHEREAS, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through Bryan Nelson, it's
<br />Authorized Officer, as txustee under the trust deed dated July 1, 2009 and executed by Williarn C
<br />Chramosta and Kathy Chramosta as husband and wife, in which Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as beneficiary and trustee, and recorded in Instrurnent No. 0200905524, in the office
<br />of Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums
<br />secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured Chereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, far cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporatian, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through its authorized Officer as
<br />trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely William C
<br />Chrarnosta and Kathy Chramosta, as husband and wife, the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
