LANG�R and CAROLYN LANGER, I�usband and Wife, hereiziafter <br />referred to as "L�ssor", and �NFINITY COMPANY, a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter refer�ed <br />to as "Less�e". <br />WIT'NESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Lessor desires to lease to Lessee the property legally desci as: <br />Lot Two (2), Han�e f�ederal Subdivision to the City of Gra�1d Island, �lall Caunty, <br />Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to lease the above-described real estate with a�a option to <br />purchase from Lessor; <br />IT iS AGREED: <br />A R`I'ICLE I <br />Demised Pro ert <br />1.1 Lessor h�reby leases to Lessee aud Lessee hereby leas�s frorn Lessor tlae properly <br />above described, including all building and it��provernents located thereon, which propea is <br />sometimes hereina:fter referred ta as the "leased premises". <br />�1RTICLE II <br />Term <br />2.1 The initial term of this Lease with Purcl�ase Qpiion shall be two (2) years, <br />con�mencing on November 1, 201Q and ending on Octaber 31, 2012, subject to Lessee's options <br />to extend as set forth in Sectian 2.2 hereinbelow. <br />2.2 Lessee shall have the optioaa to exte�ad the tez•m of the Lease tor <br />five (5) separate and successive terr��s o#'two (2) years eacla aa�d sllall be exercised upon <br />the following terms and conditians : <br />(a) Tl�at at t11e time of the exercise of the right to extend, Lessee shall not be <br />in default in the performance of any of the terins, covenants or conditions herein <br />contained; <br />(b) That each extended term shall be upo�1 tlae sa��ae terms and conditions as <br />the initial term of this Lease with Purchase Option; <br />(c) Lessee shall exercise each o�tioii to extend il�e lease term as provided <br />hereinabove by delivering written z�otice ta Lessar of Iaessee's i��tent to exercise sucl� <br />option at least sixty (60) days prior to the terminatian of the then existing tei•�n of the <br />Lease. <br />
