<br />praperty or any part thereof, now or at any time hereafter, shall or may be imperil�d, charged, or
<br />encumbered in any manner, and Grantor will warrant th� title to the above-described property against all
<br />persons claiming the same from qr through Gran�or as a result of any such act ar thing, EXCEPT: The lien
<br />of taxes payable in 2�09 and thereafter, and the lien nf all unpaid special assessment5 and interest
