<br /> MABEL V. SCHMIDT, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br /> RUDOLPH C. SCHMIDT, DECEASED, "GRANTOR'", conveys and releases to O
<br /> MABEL V. SCHMIDT, as life tenant, for and during the term of her ~c
<br /> natural lifetime, and the remainder interest to ROGER SCHMIDT,
<br /> ELDON SCHMIDT, CHARLES SCHMIDT, EDWIN SCHMIDT, CAROL SWOBODA,
<br /> BEVERLY SWOBODA, and CYNTHIA CLAASSEN, in equal shares to each as
<br /> tenants in common, "GRANTEES", the following described real estate
<br /> (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-201):
<br /> An undivided one--half (1/2) interest in and to the
<br /> following real property:
<br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (SW1/4 SE1/4) of Section Eleven (11), Township
<br /> Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the
<br /> 6th P.M., ;.Mall County, Nebraska; and
<br /> Lots Three (3) and Four (4) and the Northwest
<br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4
<br /> NW1/4), Section '?'wenty-three (23), Township
<br /> Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the
<br /> 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br /> therefrom 20.33 acres, said tract containing
<br /> 94 acres, more or less, and also described as
<br /> all that part of Lots Three (3) and Four (4)
<br /> and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4), Section Twenty-three
<br /> (23), above described, lying North of
<br /> Interstate #80,
<br /> both subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions
<br /> of record.
<br /> GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES as above set forth
<br /> are the persons entitled to distribution of,,the real estate from
<br /> said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has
<br /> legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same,
