20�448221 <br />4. Sanitary Sewer. The Subdivider shall, at its expense, design, construct and <br />install a public eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer in the easement shown on the Development <br />Plan in accordance with plans and specifications appraved by the Director of Public Works, and <br />subject to the City's inspection. In additaon, th� Subdivider shall extend, connect and provide <br />sanitary sewer service to all buildings approved with the development plan in accordance with plans <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspectian, <br />S. Electrical Service. The Subdivider shall design, construct and install a <br />conduit for a public electrical line as indicated on the Development �lan in accordance with plans <br />and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's insp�ction. <br />6. Storm Drainage. The Subdivider agrees ta grade all lots in the subdivision in <br />conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br />right-of-way or to other drainage systerns. The drainage plan must be approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br />7. Sidewalks. The Subdivider shall maintain all public sidewalks required by <br />the City of Grand Island. <br />8. Design and Construction. No building shall be constructed within the <br />Subdivision except within the Building Envelope Areas as defined on the Development Plan <br />(Exhibit "B"). The buildings to be consh-ucted (typical elevations shawn an Exhibit "E1 and E2 " <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference) shall be designed so that the exterior of <br />such building shall be architecturally and aesthetically compatible in material and color.
