<br />Banlc is narned as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in tlle o�'fice of the
<br />Register af Deeds af Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Instrurnent #0201001949 on the 24th day af
<br />March, 2010, and
<br />WHEREAS, said und�rsigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written z to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed pf Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot 6, Block 4, in George Loan's Subdivision, in the City of Grand Tsland, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all si.uns seci.ured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accoxdailce with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
