<br />1. Substitu�ion of T�'ustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, �� �
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by .Tack L Ross, an un�narried pe�son, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank FKA, The
<br />Equitable Building 8s Loan Association, FSB, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated March 21at, 2001, and recorded March 22, 2001,
<br />in the Of�ce of the Register of Deeds of xall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200�02294 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Ja�x � Ross, an nnxttarried p�rsan, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank, FKA, The Equitable Building 8� Loan
<br />Associa�ion, FSB as Beneficiary dated 1ui[arch 21•=, 2001, and recorded in the office of the
<br />R�gister of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska as Document No. 0200102294 has been
<br />paid, and the Bene�ciary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as con�rmed by its endo�rsement below.
<br />In cansideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys ta the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Tarustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
