201008145 <br />18. Foreclosurc Procedure. If I.ender requires innmediate payment in full under paragraph 9, Londer may <br />invoke tha power of sale and any other remedies permitted by applicable law. I,ender shall be entitl�d to collect <br />all expenses incurred in pursuing the remedies under this paragraph 18, including, but not limitcd to, <br />reasonablo attornoys' fees and costs of title evidence. <br />Yf the power of sale is invoked, Trustee shall racord a notica of default in each county in which any part of <br />tho Property is locatod and shall mail copies of such notice in the manner prescribed by applicable law ta <br />Barrower and ta the other persons prescribed by applicable law. After the timo requirod by applicablo law, <br />Trustae shall give public notice of sale to the persons and in the manner prescribed by applicable law. Trustee, <br />withaut demand pn Borrower, shall sell the Property at public auction to the highest bidder at the time and <br />place and undar the terms dasignated in the notice of sale in one or more parc�ls and in any order Trustee <br />determinea. Truste� may postpone sale of all or anq parcel of the Property by public annonncement at the time <br />and place of any previously scheduled sale. Reconveyance. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty and without charge to the <br />persan or persons legally entitled to it. Such person or persons shall pay any recordation costs. <br />20. Substitute Trustee. Lender, at its option, may from time to time rernove Trustee and appoint a successor <br />trustee to any Trustee appointed hereunder by an lnstrument recnrded in the county in which this Security Instrurnent <br />is recorded. Without conveyance of the Property, the successor trustee shall succeed to all the title, power and duties <br />conferred upon Trustee herein and by applicable law. <br />21. Requost for Notices. Borrower requests that copies of the notices of default and sale be sent to Borrower's <br />address which is the Property Address. <br />22. Riders to this Security Instrument. If one or more riders are executed by Borrower and recorded together <br />with this Security Instrumeni, the covenants af each such rider s4a11 be incorporated into and shall amend and <br />supplement the covenants and agreements of this Security Instrument as if the rider(s) were a part of this Security <br />Instrument.
