Furthermore, the Trustees Deed wherein r1'hoinas J. Holthus, Trustee, as Gxantor, conveyed tk�e subject pr�perty to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, which Deed was recarded in the Hall Caunty Recarder's Office on June 25, 2009 as Instrumcnt No. 2�Q905139 is hereby vacated. Tk�at the Plaintiff, as Trustee, has a fee simple interest in the subj�ct property and as entitled to th�: quiet and peaceful passessiora of the abov� described property.
