<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated June 3, �, ��
<br />199d, wherein Paul W Johnson and Zola Mae Johnson, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which was
<br />filed for record in the �ffice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 4, 1996, as
<br />Instrument No. 96-104373; as modified by a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated September 15,
<br />2006, executed by Zola Mae Johnson, Trustee of the Zola Mae Johnson Trust, and recorded September
<br />18, 2006, as Instrument No. 0200608313; and contains as trust property the following-described real

<br />Section Two (2), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th A.M.,
<br />except a tract of land to be used for road purposes camprising a part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Two (2), in Township Eleven (]l) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and a part of Lot Eight (8) of Buck
<br />Subdivision in said Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) and mare particularly described as
<br />fallaws: �eginning at the Southeast carner af Buck Subdivision, thence running
<br />Westerly along the South line of said Subdivisian, alsa being the South line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of Thirty feet (30'); thence running Northerly and

<br />additians; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property";
<br />hereby gives notice af default of said Trustors for the reasan that said Trustors have failed to make th�
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect ta the Adjustable Rate Note secured by that Deed nf
<br />Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be sold the
<br />above Pr�perty to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated June 3, 1996, owin�
<br />from "1"rustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND I.OAN AS50CIA"I"ION OF
<br />GRAND ISI,AND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to abave, which secures this
<br />obligation.
