Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated 1 <br /> February 7, 2002, wherein Jerry L Bady and Sharon M Bady, Husband and Wife, are the <br /> Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, on February 14, 2002, as Instrument No. 200201785, and contains as trust property <br /> the following-described real estate: <br /> <br /> The South Forty Eight (48) feet of the North Fifty Six (56) feet of vacated <br /> Seventeen Street between the West Tier of Lots in Block Twenty (20), and <br /> Twenty One (21), Scarffs Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; <br /> which is commonly known as 1619 North Custer Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br /> together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br /> appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br /> and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br /> <br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br /> make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br /> Trust. <br /> <br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br /> sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated February 7, 2002, <br /> owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br /> ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to <br /> above, which secures this obligation. <br /> <br /> <br /> By: <br /> Arend R.
