Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br /> July 25, 2003, wherein Jane L Monge and Luis Villanueva, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, <br /> which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br /> July 31, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200309953, and contains as trust property the following- <br /> described real estate: <br /> <br /> Lot Six (6), Block Seventy (70), in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> which is commonly known as 104 East 13th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br /> together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br /> appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br /> and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br /> <br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br /> make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br /> Trust. <br /> <br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br /> sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 25, 2003, owing <br /> from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br /> OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures <br /> this obligation. <br /> <br /> <br /> By: <br /> Arend R.
