<br />The undersi�ned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated �� ,.7 �

<br />record in the office af the Register of De�ds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 2, 2007, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200701621, and contains as trust property the following-described real estate:
<br />Lat Six (6), in Block Nin� (9), in Meves First Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />which is commonly known as 6S2 East Ashton Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, and fixtures now ar hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements
<br />and additions; all of' which was referred ta in that Deed of Trust as the "Property";
<br />hereby gives natice of default a� said "I"rustor far the reason thaC said Trustor has failed to make
<br />the payments of principal and interest du� in respect t� the Note secured by that Deed af "rrust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause ta be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 2, 2007,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Bene�ciary, Home Fedearal Savings and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, pursuant to the terms of the Trust De�d referred to above, which secures this obligation.
