<br />` DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness s�cured by the Deed af Trust made among, JERRY J
<br />MILNER AND SUSAN M MILNER, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated March S, 2003, and recarded on March 13,
<br />20Q3, in the office af the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebxaska, as Instrument Number
<br />200302917 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed af Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central Natianal Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accardance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withaut
<br />warranty, to the pez or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the fallowing described property:
