<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, �ive Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporatian, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 15, 2000, executed by Dean B. Ott and Pamela L. Gallagher; a
<br />married cauple; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on April
<br />19, 200�, recorded as Instnxment No. 0200003146, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, �'ive Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follaws:
<br />L,ot Eleven (1 l), Rainbow Lake Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed af Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THERE�'ORE, in accordance with such request and the provisians af such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />l�gally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder,
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed af Reconveyance, at
