<br />WH�R�AS, Adam J. Sack and Srooke M. 8ack, did by a Security Instrument dated September 16, 2005, and recorded
<br />on September 19, 2005, as Document No. 02005�9265 in the OfFice of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Grand
<br />Island, convey the property to the named Trustee, to secure payment of the described debt, the property being legally described
<br />commencing on the �rst page of this instrument.
<br />W H�R�AS, the Security Instrument provides that the lender shall have the power to remove the original trustee or any
<br />successor trustee, and to appoint in writing (acknowledged and recorded) a successor to such trustee, who shall succeed to the
