<br />parish and sections shown on Exhibit "A" even though they may be incorrectly described in or
<br />omitted from such Exhibit "A" together with any amendments, renewals, extensians,
<br />supplements, modifications or other agreements related to the foregoing, and further together
<br />with any other servitudes, easements, rights af way, priva�leges, prescriptions, franchises,
<br />licenses, pertnits andJor other rights (whether presently existing or hereafter created and whether
<br />now owned or hereafter acquired by aperation of any Requirement of Law ar atherwise) used,
<br />held for use in connection with, or in any way related to the Pipeline Systems, the Faciliti�s,
<br />and/or pipelines transporting hydrocarbons or other goods, including crude oil, natural gas,
<br />natural gas liquids condensate, refined products or asphalt (collectively "Products") to, from or
<br />b�twe�n Pipeline Systems and✓ax the Facilities (the rights, interests and estates described in this
<br />subsection (d) ar� herein collectively called the "Servitudes");
<br />(e) Without limitation of the foregoing, all other right, title and interest of Mortgagor
<br />of what�ver kind or character (whether naw owned or hereafter acquired by operation o� any
<br />Requirement of Law or othervvise) in and ta (i) the Facilities, the Surface Leases, the Easements
<br />and Rights of Way, the Adjacent Rights, and/or the Servitudes, and (ii) the lands described or
<br />referred to in Exhibit "A" (or described in any of the instruments described or referred to in
<br />Exhibit "A");
<br />( fl Without limitation of the foregoing, all af Mortgagor's right, title and int�rest
<br />(whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any Requirement of Law or
<br />otherwise) in and to all transportation, gathering and transmission systems located on the
<br />properties described andJor depicted on Exhibit "A", including, without limitation, any
<br />transportation, gathering or transmission systems located in any city, county, parish, or section
<br />shawn on the foregoing referenced Exhibit "A"; any leases of transportation, gathering and
<br />transmission systems, pipes ar facilities described an Exhibit "A" and all pipes, valves, gauges,
<br />meters and ather measuring equipment, regulators, h�atears, extractors, tubing, pipelines, fuel
<br />lines, facilities, improvements, fittings, materials and other improvements, fixtures, equipment
<br />and/or personal/movable praperty (whether now owned or hereafter acquired by operation of any
<br />Requirement of Law ar atherwise), including, without limitation, those located on or under the
<br />Servitudes, the Facilities, and/or in or on or otherwise related to the transportation, gathering and
<br />transmission systems described and/or depicted on Exhibit "A" (the properties, rights and
<br />interests described in this subsection (� axe herein coll�ctively called the "Pipeline Systems");
<br />(g) All of Mortgagor's right, title and interest (whetlaer now owned or hereafter
<br />acquired by operation of any Requirement of Law ar otherwise) in and to all improvements,
<br />fixtures, and other real/immovable and/or personal/movable property (including, without
<br />limitation, all equipment, tanks, pipelines, flow lines, gathering lines, compressors, dehydration
<br />i1ri1tS, separators, meters, metering Stat10ri5, buildings, �'1tt111gS, plp�, pipe connectors, V11'VES,
<br />regulators, drips, starage facilities, absorbers, heaters, deh�drators, and power, telephone and
<br />telegraph lines) located on or under, or which in any way relate ta, the Facilities, the Servitudes,
<br />the Easements and Rights of Way, the Adjacent Rights, and/or th.e Pipeline Systems;
