Cumulative of the foregoing and the other provisions of this <br />Section 4.3 <br />(i) Administrative Agent rnay sell or offer for sale the Georgia S�cured <br />Property in such portions, order and parcels as Administrative Agent may determine, with <br />or without having first taken possession of same, to the highest bidder for cash at public <br />auction.
