Woitaszewski and Linda K. Woitaszewski, husband and wife <br />("Woitaszewski") . <br />M �j ?L� � �;` �•� <br />1:1 <br />= <br />Blender awns the following real estate: <br />Lat One (1), Blender Subdivision, Hall Gounty, Nebraska, <br />referred to herein as the "Blender Property". <br />Woitaszewski owns the following real estate: <br />Lot'T�vo (2), Blender Subdivision, Hall Caunty, Nebraska, <br />referred ta herein as the "Woitaszewski Property". <br />C. Woitaszewski has acquired the Woitaszewski Property from Blender. <br />Both Blender and Woitaszewski desire to acquire and to grant the access <br />and utility easernents as further described in this Easement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration af One and Na/ 100 Dollars ($1.00), <br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other valuable consideration, <br />Blender and Woitaszewski agree as follo�cnrs: <br />1. Grant of Access Easement - Blender to Woita�zewski. Blenderr <br />does hereby convey to Woitaszewski, its respective successars and assigns, a <br />non-exclusive easexnent over the Blender Property for purpose of ingress and <br />egress tp the Woitaszewski Property, including but not limited to the purpose of <br />turning semi-tractors, trailers, and other vehicles traveling on the Woitaszewski <br />Property around. The parties agree that the easement area shall generally be <br />limited to those areas of the Blender Prop�rty that are paved with concrete <br />or are graveled, and that are used as driveway or roadvvay a�reas, and sha11 <br />also include the driveway axea on the Blender Property providing access <br />from Blender Road to the Blender Property, and which driveway also <br />provides access to the Woitaszewski Property. The right of ingress and egress <br />shall be �xercised in a reasonable maxiner, and shall not include any areas that <br />contain a building or other comrnercial structure. Woitaszewski's right to enter <br />the easement area includes the right to maintain and repair, at Woitaszewski's <br />expense, any roadway or related improvements in the easernent area if desired <br />by Waitaszewski. <br />2. Grant of Acces� Easement - Woita�zewski to Blender. <br />Woitaszewski does hereby convey to Blender, its respective successors and <br />assigns, a non-exclusive easement over the Woitaszewski Praperty for purpose <br />of ingress and egress to the Blender Property, including but not limited to the <br />purpose of tuarning semi-tractors, trailers, and other vehicles traveling on the <br />Blender Property axound.
