2oioo79ss <br />(0) "Pertodic Payment" rneans the regularly scheduled amount due for (i) principal and interest under the <br />Nate, plus (ii) any amounts under Se�Cion 3 of this Security Instrument. <br />(� "RESPA" means the Real Estate Sectlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C. Section 2d01 et seq.) and its <br />implementing regulation, Regulation X(24 C.F.R.
