2oio�o�9si In addition to the faregoing right, the manager of Centura Hills Golf Club, LLC, its successors and assigns, shall laave fhe right to enter onto the property of an Owner whenever there has been constnxcted on the Lot any temporary stxuctures, signs, unused parts thereof, weeds, underbrush, or other unsightly growth or obj ects ian breach v£ these xestrictions and to abate or rezaaove the sama at the expense of the Ownar, and any such entry and abatement ar removal shall not be d�emed a trespass. The failure to promptly enforce any of tlae covenatxts, restxicti,ons or conditions of this ag�reement shall not in any way be deemed a waiver of their enforcement. Section 2. Severabilitv. If any of the covenants, restxictions or canditipns herein set forth are violated and declared void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining covenants, restrictions ox conditions shall not be affected but shall stay and reamain in full force and effect. Section 3. Amendme�t.
