<br />WHEREAS, all of the ind�atedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, STEVEN C.
<br />GROETEKE AND MARILYN GROETEKE, husband and wife, Trustar, and Central
<br />National Bank as Trust�e and Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary,
<br />dated June 6, 2003, and recarded on June 12, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200307429 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed af Trust has requested that all the praperty held by
<br />Central National Bar�k, as Trust�e, under said Deed of Trust be recanveyed, withaut warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request af the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconv�y, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
